Chip Transfer Rules
 
    We will do a transfer to another member only if they are within this guideline.
    * Have less than 1k total in there account.
    * No more than 5k will be sent.
    * 20k from anyone to team pots will be allowed.
    * Members cashing out will be thoroughly checked if suspected of taking
       from team pot will forfeit there chips and prize trade in.
    * Closure of accounts the chips remaining will stay with the account.
    * Bounties to be paid to members on the same team or on different teams will be honored.
    * The max transfers on bounties will be 1k or smaller.
